Maintenance at cost
Repairs are billed at cost with no markup. There are no other fees.

We market the home, screen every applicant against one written standard, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, and keep the records an owner needs at tax time. Mostly single-family homes, plus condos, apartments, and duplexes, across the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego.
