Our story
Jeff Maas founded America’s Best Property Management in 2001. He was already running National Realty Group and National One Mortgage, and their investor clients were tired of managing their own rentals. They wanted full service at a flat fee instead of a percentage of their rent, so that’s what America’s Best was built to offer.
Today the company sits alongside National One Mortgage, National Realty Group, and Escrow One, all operating under California DRE #01129578. That’s the idea behind our tagline: your one stop solution for all your real estate needs.

Jeff founded America's Best in 2001 and is a licensed California real estate broker. The company sits alongside a mortgage, brokerage, and escrow operation under the same roof, which is where the "one stop solution" comes from.

Renee has managed rental property for twenty years, her entire career in real estate, and has been with America's Best through the whole of its growth; the size of the company is largely her doing. She runs day-to-day operations, which means the standards the office works by are the ones she set.
