America’s best property Management was founded in 2000 by Jeff Maas. At the time he had expanded his other companies, National Realty Group and National One Mortgage Corp. The companies had many investor clients who were tired of managing their properties. 

The word quickly spread about the new service offered by America’s Best. Now along with the other companies we could provide all services requested by our clients.

We weren’t the first property management company in town, but we were among the first to listen to our clients. They wanted full service with a flat fee. No more 8-10% of the rent for commission. We set the standard and offered a flat fee of $99.
